Welcome to Love Magnets! We create handmade, personalised photo magnets with care and attention to detail. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Ordering & Personalisation

  • All magnets are custom-made based on the photos and details provided by the customer.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that images, text, and design choices are correct before submitting an order.
  • Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible due to the custom nature of our products.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
  • We accept most forms of payment inlcuding credit and debit card transactions, paypal and shopify payments, for bulk orders and invoice will be sent with a bank account to deposit payment.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days of purchase.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and shipping method.
  • We are not responsible for delays or lost packages once an order has been shipped.

5. Refund & Replacement Policy

  • Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.
  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will arrange a replacement.
  • Minor imperfections and slight variations are part of the handmade process and do not qualify for replacements.

6. Intellectual Property

  • By submitting photos for customization, you confirm that you have the legal right to use them.
  • We do not claim ownership of your images but may request permission to use photos of completed orders for promotional purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
  • Our liability is limited to the total value of the order.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
