- As a small, home-based business, each order is carefully handmade and customised just for you.
- Orders are typically processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- During busy periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer, but we always strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 3-5 business days.

Shipping times vary depending on location and postal service efficiency. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship domestically ONLY. If you require international shipping, please contact us before placing your order.
4. Tracking & Delivery
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number (if applicable) via email.
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
5. Lost or Delayed Packages
- If your package is significantly delayed, please check with your local postal service before reaching out to us.
- In the rare case of a lost package, please contact us at lovemagnetsnz@gmail.com, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
- We are not responsible for unclaimed packages or those returned due to incorrect addresses.
6. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days with clear photos, and we will arrange a replacement.
