Because each item is custom-made, we do not offer refunds. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to provide a replacement.

Replacement Policy

• Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if there is an issue.
• Send a clear photo of the problem to lovemagnetsnz@gmail.com, and we’ll arrange a replacement.
• Since our magnets are handmade, minor imperfections and slight variations may occur, adding to their unique charm.
